With over a decade of experience in the coffee industry, Nicolas Pastelopolus brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the craft. Nicolas holds a business degree from the University of Dundee and a full coffee diploma from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). As the first Cypriot to earn a Q Grader License from the Coffee Quality Institute and an AST trainer’s license from the SCA, he is dedicated to elevating coffee quality and education worldwide.
